How We Get Your Vape Gear to You

We like to keep things simple. You order, we pack and our chosen couriers do the legwork. Here’s how it all works:

📦 Processing Time

• Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1-2 working days, dependant on inventory. Sometimes we may have to order your good in. If we have your order in it can even be shipped same day, our cut off is the couriers cutoff for same-day shipping.
• We don’t ship on weekends or bank holidays. We’re human too and there is no post on Sundays.

🚀 Delivery Times

• Standard UK delivery: 2 to 5 working days, why such a long wait, "I can't wait 5 days.", even if we don't have your order to hand, we can usually get it in and shipped at 2 days at the earliest.
• That being said, delivery times are estimates, not promises. Once it’s with the courier, it’s out of our hands.

💸 Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We usually stick to a flat-rate for orders under our Free Shipping bracket.
• We may run free shipping promos from time to time. Keep an eye out for cheeky banners, otherwise an order around £20 ought to do it.

🌍 Where We Ship

• Due to regulation and restriction. We will only ship to addresses based in the United Kingdom.
• If you’re based outside the United Kingdom, sorry mate - we’re not set up for international orders and it's not something we are planning to do.

🔞 Age Verification

• Because we sell vape products, our chosen couriers may require age verification on delivery.
• If you’re under 18, the parcel won’t be handed over. No exceptions.

⚠️ Delays & Issues

• Couriers can be unpredictable. Traffic, weather, or just a bad day. We’re not liable for delays once it leaves our hands.
• If your parcel goes missing or arrives looking like it’s been drop-kicked, let us know and we’ll sort it.
