The “Trust Me, Bro” Guarantee

We’re not your average vape shop. We believe in common sense, good vibes, and sorting things out like the Good Guys we are. If something’s gone wrong with your order, we’ll fix it. No faff, no fuss.


🔄 How Our Returns Work

  • You’ve got 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know if there’s a problem.
  • Just pop us a message via our Contact Page or email. (No need to wrestle with forms)
  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll sort it. Simple as.

💸 When a Return Costs More Than the Item

Some of our bits and bobs cost less than the shipping label to send them back, the £1 Nic Shots spring to mind. In those cases, we’ll work something out; A refund, replacement, store credit, or just a virtual handshake. We trust you to be honest, and we’ll return the favour.


💨 Vape-Specific Rules

Due to hygiene and safety (and the fact that nobody wants a secondhand vape), we can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened e-liquids
  • Used Pre-filled pod kits
  • Hardware that’s been filled or fired

Unless they’re faulty, then we’ll absolutely make it right.
