At Good Guy Vape Co., we are committed to ensuring that all nicotine-containing vape products we offer for sale comply fully with UK regulations under the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR).

✅ Product Notification

All products sold through our store have been:

  • Properly notified to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) by the original manufacturer or importer.

  • Verified against the MHRA’s published list of compliant products.

We do not sell any vape product unless it has been confirmed as MHRA-notified and TRPR-compliant.

 

📦 Packaging & Labelling

Each product meets the following legal standards:

  • Maximum nicotine concentration of 20 mg/ml

  • Maximum refill container size of 10 ml

  • Maximum tank capacity of 2 ml

  • Packaging is child-resistant, tamper-evident, and includes all required health warnings and safety leaflets

We operate a strict age verification policy to ensure that no products are sold to individuals under the age of 18, in accordance with UK law.
